These boards are from Apple XServe EMC1971 Servers. Nicely populated with Tantalum and MLCC's with a couple Gold Tabbed IC Chips. Are these considered Low, Mid or High Grade?

This board is numbered 820-1497-A (Apple Processor Module for Power Mac G4).

Got a question about Tantalums...

Notice the board on the left in the Side by Side pic. The row of Tantalums across the top left of the board are Yellow, like SMT Tantalums are usually colored.

But the board on the right...exact same board from the same type of server, the row of Caps across the top are Black??? Are these still Tantalum Caps?

The backsides of these boards are loaded with MLCC's.

The 300 pin connector is all GP Pins.

Should be, but it is generally not worth removing components. Low telecom as is, for the whole board.

This is what a pound of tantalums look like. I can tell you from experience that they are not worth the time for the amount of money you get for them. You want to look for the old school big tantalums if you were to do anything with them. At the time I got twenty bucks for a pound of these. It takes ALOT of them to make a pound lol. And ALOT of work.
