I have been scrapping Dell \ Sonicwall SOHO W routers this week and I think the grade should be high peripheral. But I would like to know if the highlighted part is a battery that needs to be removed before sending?

Have also posted a pic of front\back of 2 small boards that come out of Fujitsu phones. What grade would these be considered?

EDIT: Updated the title to make it more clear that I need a hand with whether the component is a battery and needs to be removed prior to sending?
