What did 1 come out of? Picture of the other side? I have a thought to what it is but more info would make that clearer.
2) Would definitely clear low peripheral; I'm guessing it's fine in high peripheral just seems like it's on the lower end of the grade.
3) High peripheral
4) As is I'm torn between midgrade and low peripheral. If you pulled the other 5 transformers off I'd be torn between low and high peripheral.
With transformers; I'm thinking there's too much extra weight to get low peripheral but it may be fine.
Without transformers; I'm thinking there's too much empty board to justify high peripheral.
If it were me I'd probably throw it in low peripheral.
(Not the most helpful grading I've done)
