 Post subject: Boards with Copper Backs

These have a copper backing. Not sure what they came out of honestly. Would these be considered mid grade, auto board or something unique?

I can't zoom in on the picture, but these look like auto boards. Although I've never seen one with a copper shell

They're transistors. Not 100% sure they're IGBT type like the ones I linked to but the grade should be the same as what Lost told me.
