What would this grade as (if it even grades at all?). I saw a few similar lighting strips grading as mid grade, but they were from TVs, and this is from an overhead light, so I wasn't sure if that made a difference.
Note: The white stuff on the back of the board is an adhesive residue.

Unless there's something specific about the LEDs that I've missed I put these in low grade.

Nothing special about the LEDs, so in the low grade bin they go!
