Larger board:
Is that a heatsink or a bunch of rectangular components? From the angle I thought heatsink first but zoomed in I'm not sure.

The smaller board I'm leaning high peripheral; may be an argument for low telco but I'm not comfortable saying it will make that.

They are components maybe port controllers? Here is a better picture of those. Thanks

Makes sense now; it really looked like fins on a large heatsink at first.

Thinking low telco on the larger board.

I really think that marked is playing it just a bit safe on the boards. If I were sending them in I would send the big one in as high grade telco, and the small one as at least low grade telco. I would really want to see the other side of them both before I made a final though.
