I’m new here and sorting things that I’ve accumulated to prepare and send it. That 486 chip is integrated into the board.

Packard Bell! I haven't seen that name in a while.

If the CPU is attached you should leave it that way. There is a battery in the upper right corner that needs to be snipped off.
