These CPUs were pulled from blue and white Power Mac G3s. What classification are they? I can't imagine they are simply "Apple CPU" based on the IC chip real estate density and the gold pins on the rear.

The photo shows top and bottom of the same model CPU.

What sayeth the hive mind?

One of the pictures in the Apple CPU link looks exactly like this CPU so I would guess it is an Apple CPU.
