Hello I've been tasked with scrapping several ticket vending machines, like the ones used in transit operations to dispense tickets for cash/credit. I've attached pictures of the main boards: raw, and after I've (attempted) to process and depopulate into sorted buckets.
Is it advisable to remove the capacitors?
Heat sinks, RAM, CPU have been separated and grouped accordingly. Fuses, metal brackets, and anything otherwise loose is removed.

Thanks in advance for your assessment.

1. Midgrade. You can sell the board as is with the heatsinks and stuff attached
2. Large socket motherboard, definitely remove heatsinks and connectors. That's an interesting motherboard, with a bunch of serial ports. The middle board is high peripheral
3. Midgrade, or maybe low peripheral?

Out of curiosity, what city were the ticket vending machines previously used in? If you don't mind sharing
