Does anyone think these could be better than Perioheral high grade?

Absolutely. These are a bit lower quality than the ones I usually get but I was getting high grade tele for mine. These might be a bit lower. Maybe low grade tele?!? Someone with more experience might want to chime in here.

These boards would classify as High Grade Telecom. Confirmed by Chris @ Boardsort via email. This has me rethinking some of my recent opinions on other boards.
