What do you think this board would be? It came out of a large HP network switch so I hope it would be low telecom at least, but if not maybe backplane with all the gold pin connectors.

I feel like I would lean backplane if it was in my pile, but maybe someone has a better idea.

I think you are correct. I was wondering if those 3 flat packs would bring the value up.
