Does size matter for low peripheral? Box cutter for ref.

Or is this something else?

Most grades are for the overall value of the board, some categories, like Pentium Pro Gold Cap, are for a very specific component that only comes in one size. If you happened to send in an item that wasn't a pentium pro gold cap but was something they could pay you $215/lb (current ppgc price) for, they might use that grade to when buying it from you.

But back to your board...low peripheral looks right to me

Does Size Matter? only to size queens... and short guys with lifted trucks.

No the size if the PCB/board dose not matter, what matters is whats on the board and its over all value. that board is low peripheral at best.

OP way to go on a click bait title LOL.

As said above the board can be really tiny and high peripheral. Depends on the population of gold bearing material on the board vs non-gold bearing material.
