As a result of Long COVID I am not able to comprehend how to grade these boards. This is most likely a one-time ask.

I'm not very experienced with this stuff, so hopefully somebody else will correct me where I'm wrong. But here's my guess:

From top to bottom
1-4 all look like high telecom (1 & 3 may be even higher)
5 - High telecom on left/low grade on right
6 - High telecom on left/low grade on right
7 - Mid or low
8 - Low
9 - Low
10 - Mid
11 - Low

19,25 are Gold Cap Chip boards; 60 may also be depending on that AMD processor.

If 25 and 60 are socketed you could weight the board and chips to see if it's worth more to leave the chips in or not (usually better to leave)
