Have six of these boards. Alot of gold connections. Good enough for High telcom?

High peripheral. Not sure if removing the metal shields will bump it to low telecom

This is what it looks like with metal covering off. Comes off pretty easy. If all removed you think low telecom?

Thank you PickleJar! I have another post with 6 boards in it from a week or so ago, I left my best guess as to what grade they are in the comments. Perhaps you could give it a look?
