Hello all, can anyone please advise me on what classification can be given to two boards? I am attaching pictures of the front and backs of the boards.

Also, I removed what I believe are aluminum heatsinks for the CPU on both boards. Is it ok to submit the boards with the heatsinks attached, or do they have to be removed prior to submitting boards?

And yes, remove all heatsinks, battery's, and excess steel.
