I was thinking Green/Brown Fiber No Metal, but could be totally wrong.

Test and buy at Boardsort is limited to I series CPUs (and hopefully soon, some AMD ones).

Selling anything as working or even as just a collectible will take additional time and has its own ups and downs. If you're not interested in putting the effort into that, stick with scrap. If you're open to trying, I'm sure Austin can provide some ideas for where to look at selling; maybe start with this one item or a few if you find anything else to dip your toes in to test the waters.

For testing toes, would you recommend ebay as a good place to try first

You'd have to test it or find someone who can if you want to know it's actual condition. Ebay, as far as I know, doesn't offer that. If you don't know the condition you'd be selling it as "for parts or not working" as opposed to "used".
