Could the pictured RAM be considered Gold Fingered Shielded RAM, or would it only be taken as Mixed?

Yes, that looks like it should be shielded gold memory to me as long as you keep it separate from any other memory you are sending.

Per the image in the sales menu it looks exactly like that.
