I would put it safely in large socket motherboard. But it's good population and might make telco. I would wait for lostinlodos to respond on this one. My guess is large socket.

Normally those go peripheral (like video game boards) since it's missing the External ports and ram slots.
However I believe this one will clear telco as some risers do since you have two large socket pin ports.
Go through a few of these each year.
