Also, do High Grade Telecom boards always need gold pin connectors or can a board qualify with just enough chips/components?

Boards 1, 2, and 4, are HG Telco for sure. I am a bit iffy with board 3. It might be LG Telco. Boards can qualify with enough chip population without GP connectors.

Since the original post, I've sent in a bunch of boards from the 1 & 4 group and they were accepted as HG Telecom. 3 is the one I had the most doubts about and was holding off sending until I got some feedback.
Thank you.

From Chris' video:
Low teleco is High telco plus junk.
Since I don't see the junk board 3 is either the high end of periph high grade or high telco.

Send Chris a picture of board 3. He will confirm. He is busy but will respond. I am still learning this biz. It may take a few days but he will reply and he is honest. I asked about some boards that I was told were HG telecomm. Submittthe shipment and Chris sent me an email stating they were gold edge! Merry Christmas bonus to me.

It's safe to say, board 2 is at least low telecom

I would put board 3, in low telecom as well. Too much open space
