I'm looking at about 25 JetStor SATA 516F Raid Array machines. All hard drives and drive trays are missing. My question is if this counts as a partial server without hard drive. Or would it fall into another "Whole Systems Category" or "Teardown Category" on the price list. Unfortunately I don't have the time or space to disassemble, but I am with in striking distance and can deliver the equipment myself. Thanks!

A Raid array is not the same as a server so I'm pretty sure it would not fall into that category. Too bad you don't have time to take the boards out because they look like high quality boards. If you can deliver in person I'm sure they can help sort the material. Give Boardsort a call to see what advise they can give about delivery.

Thanks, ropeman! Hopefully someone will weigh in on what category this is... And you are right, there is a nice low telco(?) and some periphery boards plus the gold fingers could be trimmed from the mid-grade boards on the power supply modules.
