This has a gold tab flat pack, some gold pins, not much heavy junk. So, is it high peripheral? If not, would removing the cable and the audio jacks change that?

Yes, an Integrated board w BGA gold tab is high peripheral. Not too sure on the other question. I’d just leave it on.
