I have access control boards (more than 40lbs) made by Northern Computer and software house. The screen comes off easily in PIC 2. I would definitely strip the acres off the boards in PIC 1. Would these be low or high grade telecom? No gold pins but there are gold pads. Here are the pics, and thank you!

First board is low Peripheral as is. Lots of metal on there including heatsinks and terminal blocks (screw banks). Removing those could upgrade that board to High Peripheral. No telecom ability with this board.

Remaining boards, once cleaned are Peripheral High. Screen, Metal, battery box, etc should be removed.
