Can you help category and anything I can do to bring most value? 3 boards pictures of front and back.

First board, most likely Peripheral Low Grade
Second, Peripheral High Grade

The first might squeak through as peripheral low, but with the toroids, relay and transformer and nearly no IC chips, I would think mid-grade.
The second has a reasonable number of chips and very little to no heavy junk, so agree it is peripheral high.
Need to remove the heat sink from the motherboard. Do not need to remove the metal CPU cage.
