I have just began my ewaste hobby and I have tried to learn as much as I can but I cannot find any reference to help me identify the yellow IC chip in this picture. I have dozens but I don't know what they are, any help would be appreciated! Thank you in advance!

I don't think the color of the IC makes any difference. Are you removing them from the board?
