Those are some pretty strange boards! i have no idea, but the second one could be a CNC board because of the gold flashing on the back.

Do you have any idea what they came out of and when they were made? The reason I ask is because the gold plating was much heavier back in the 60s and 70s.

I honestly have no idea as to what specifically they came out of but I do know they came out of components of bell telephone which my family had the recycling contract with for many years so I’d definitely put these in the 70’s at least.
