So i found this processor and in trying to grade it i put it as AMD ceramic (no metal)... so i tried removing the metal and ended up pulling part of the chip out with the metal. Do i try putting the chip back with the pin board? How should i proceed, and is my grading correct?

Put it back together, wrap some tape around it and send it as P4/Green Fiber With Metal. Same thing I do when the heatsink comes off a board with the IC still attached. As long as both parts are together it shouldn't be downgraded.
