Not sure what class this will fall in. Tried to remove heatsink but is pulling chip out.

With the heatsink I feel like it's debatable, without I'm leaning low telco.

Try a little heat applied to the heatsink and if there's any lip between the chip and the heatsink use the chip too leverage against
