Newbie here…
…this is from a 1999 IBM Thinkpad laptop - Intel Mobile Pentium III. It is a daughter card that was attached to the motherboard. O.S.C.A.R. graded as a slot processor. Is that correct?

It is the processor. Typically goes Apple CPU
