I feel confident in saying High Peripheral. I say that because it fits the description in the video.
But. It just seems there is an extremely fine line at times between High Peripheral and Low Telecom. Me being a novice.
So to be safe. I go High Peripheral. I do not have enough practical experience to confidently place a board in a said category.
My opinion is formed by Boardsort Escrap price list videos and pictures. And a few sales I have already done.
That upper pictured board might be Low Telecom. But. Here is a something to consider from viewing the Low Telecom and High Telecom videos.
A Low Telecom Board is a High Telecom Board with junk on it. Listen to the video concerning Low Telecom.
So. I will say High Peripheral on both boards.
