That NEC board is selling for $96.77 on ebay. Not working. For parts only. How that makes sense is beyond me. But. Look it up. You may want to consider your options on selling. Those two surface mount multi pin packages are hybrids. That is custom made stuff. I have seen stuff like that. Once you cut them open. Many are packed with gold traces. Built on a ceramic base. But. I can not get a hit on those numbers to know what it is. Hah! The inspectors number or installation technician is that label on those chips. Be nice to ask him. Opps. Probably her. It is a well known fact in the electronics industry. Females have the upper hand on dexterity skills. Handling small parts. Dealing with intricate details.
As far as grade. It should go High Peripheral. Along with the other pictured boards.
Look up AT22785 NEC Japan circuit board. Should get the ebay hit.
My opinion.

I spent some years in manufacturing. Assembling. Testing. Troubleshooting. Calibrating. Also wore a lot of other hats in the electronic industry. Even taught Electronic Technology classes. This E scrap is new to me. It's fun.
I am retired now. I got time to learn this stuff. I am a learner like everybody else on this forum.
It's the guys in the business that really know the dope on stuff.
But. Thanks for the comment.
