What was the final outcome of these boards. How did you clean them? And then your submission and evaluation?

IDK I would put it on a wall as art lol. This is one of those boards I would email Chris about. part of me wants to say wire wrapped pin board but also high teclo

TBH I been scrapping for years and I'm stumped on how to clean/process it, do you cut all the wires and send it as a pin board, remove all the ICs? leave them??? the ICs looked socketed? but also soldered to the sockets?
