I pulled this from an old laptop CF-M31, it was a laptop from the 90s. Would this go as a laptop board or possibly something else?

I would send it in as telecom. it's pretty populated with good stuff, could be low grade telecom though.

interesting. Doesn't look at all like a laptop motherboard. I would call it high telco, huge chip population with high quality chips and no junk.
I know that you can't send motherboards with gold fingers in as gold finger cards, but this looks like a different situation all together.
