This was from a Cisco fiber switch, not really sure to to classify this one. High Peripheral?

That should easily go High Peripheral.
Possibly squeak it's way into Low Telecom.
Need a more experienced eye to look over the PCB.

Looks like a nice heavy board and has a fair number of small ICs and gold pins presumably in the connectors. There's also a lot of empty space so I'm kinda in the same boat. Definitely good in high peripheral but might make low Telco.
