The first item that needs some help grading it is a Sun board about six inches wide with a slot at the top. Also, should the top slot be left alone?
The second pic needs I.D.'d too, it's about a foot wide and has the name Star Technology on it but could not find either one on the net. Thanks much for any help on these :) - elderberry

#1: I would say is HGP based on the gold plating. Its similar to television screen flashing which is considered HGP at Boardsort.

#2: appears to be uncut ram cards which lack IC chips. If I came across this I would personally chance HGT (High grade telecom) ... I think the blank ram category boardsort has for this particular one is an incorrect assessment of what the real value would be here. No way $2.50/pound makes sense when there is a lot of gold plating here. I think saying $9.00 per pound verses the $43.00 is "better"

I would honestly email Chris about this one directly for clarification and report back on what you find out.

Abbreviations
HGT - High Grade Telecom
LGT - Low Grade Telecom
HGP - High Grade Peripherial
LGP - Low Grade Peripherial
MGB - Mid-Grade Board
LGB - Low-Grade Board

1 is a backplane type board so that's where I'd throw it. Granted there are lots of gold fingers compared to the size of the board so there might be room for a better rate.

2 definitely email Chris, we've had lots of blanks show up lately and generally speaking they go low or mid grade if they'll accept them at all. I do agree these look like unpopulated RAM sticks so Boardsort might be willing to take them.

E-mail Chris. I'd say prob Blank Ram/Low Per, maybe get the High Per but I'm assuming not. Those fingers aren't the good style ones either.
