 Post subject: Nec foreign gold cap?

Is this considered gold cap still? Im finding gold capped ad gold rimmed ceramics all over these boards. Some removable some soldered. Already pulled a couple motorola gold caps

Remove 1 and mail it directly to Boardsort. I only say this since you have a decent quanity. And having that component directly in hand for Boardsort. Speaks more volume than a photo. Thus you might get a quote you can then work with. As in. Should I desolder or not. Etc. First class mail. I figure under a dollar for a chip or 2.
Here to learn like everybody else.
