PCB 1 and 3. I would submit to Boardsort as High Telecom. I feel you will be fine with that submission. As a sidenote. Review the video in the escrap price list under High Telecom.
PCB 2. You should remove the metal. As in the shielding. Also pop that transformer or relay off. That part clearly shows copper windings through it's clear plastic encasement Also. The one black plastic encased transformer. Easy to spot. Electrical windings shown on it. Pop that off. Then. I would be confident to submit as High Peripheral.

Telco boards I still struggle with, I'd be leaning low Telco on the two personally. The green board has a fair bit of unpopulated board adding lower value weight and the blue board has a fair bit of metal/plastic.

Again, Telco isn't a strong point for me so
