What grade are the long narrow thin boards off LED panels with the gold strip at the bottom?

High Peripheral. Watch the High Grade Perpheral video in the escrap list you can see those boards. I also send that exact type of board in. No problem being accepted as High Peripheral. I remove all the flex circuitry and any connectors. Make sure no broken glass shards sticking to the boards. You can break them up into halves or thirds for shipping purposes. Just bundle all the pieces together. Thats how I ship and experience no problems being accepted.

I tend to put the ones without any ICs in low peripheral.
