Are desktop WiFi PCI cards categorized as clean finger boards (bracket and metal cover removed), or as laptop WiFi cards?

I'm guessing it'll end up in one of the gold finger card categories. The laptop wifi category is just for laptop wifi cards.

Gold fingered card; if bracket, any heat spreaders, and metal caps removed, clean gold fingered card
