The smaller board I feel like I could sell as per peripheral high-grade but please let me know if I’m wrong and for the bigger board I guess my question is this-let’s say the board was a little better populated and it could go as peripheral high grade if it didn’t have all the junk on it. Can I remove all the junk and upgrade the board because my worry is it would be perceived as me taking good material off the board and it would be downgraded because of that. So when you take stuff off of a board to upgrade it is it pretty obvious for them to see what you’ve removed so you don’t get downgraded? if that makes sense

There is not much to speak of on the back of the large board

Removing junk helps the grade. Your large board has some heat sinks to remove. And some transformers. Remove the rusty shield. Also remove the small toroid near the fuse. I would remove the fuse also. Junk is exactly what it is. Junk. It is likely the large board will be High Peripheral. But. I would like to see it after cleaning. The smaller board easily makes High Peripheral.
Here to learn like everybody else. My grade advice is my own opinion.
