C: High Grade Peripherial for sure. In my personal sorting technique I go by "Points of interest" ... 11 IC Chips and maybe 1 gold connector end in there too. So that would be 12 POI's for that board. The rest (MLCC's, etc. I normally don't pay attention to when grading. but there's probably other goodies on the little things particularly on the back of the board. Its beyond my knowledge base personally)
