Hey, in the future, can I keep these two smaller DC power boards attached and still grade as high telecom? Thanks!

I would say under a general rule of law, if they are two individual boards in any way shape or form (That would be attached via a bracket, screws, zipties, or male-female connections each part is individual.

That said, #1 is HGT in my opinion

#2 (The one with tantalums) I can't tell what's on the back. A heat sink? Remove that and run with HGP

#3 (The one with transformers) ... Remove the three largest ones. Not sure if matters if the final tiny one is there or not but I'd run with HGP with that if you do so

Sorry, I just realized my post is kinda confusing. lol. Pic 1 and 2 are front and back of the same card. Pic 3 and 4 were removed from pic 2. I have been removing them because they have aluminum tops and I thought that leaving them attached would downgrade the card as a whole. If I can leave them attached and still retain a high telecom grade, that would be ideal.

Telco isn't something I excel at grading so take this with a grain of salt, I'm leaning low Telco on the main board regardless.

The two smaller boards, assuming the aluminum was removed, following kandroids numbers, 2 can probably get low peripheral as is and I don't think it can go higher without the transformers. 3 has a type of transformer also with steel clips holding down the tops. If you can pull the clip and the top half to remove junk weight, high peripheral.
