I have a hard time differentiating peripheral, telecom, low grade and mid grade . I see examples all over the place but it's hardly ever the boards that I have so if someone has the patience to help me out I'm going to post some pictures on this post any help would be greatly appreciated as it has went from enjoyable to stressful for me lol.

If the wire terminals are mounted to posts they will slide up off them fairly easily. If that's the case, remove those and the large transformer and then I would go high peripheral on the board

agree. In my experience wire terminals like that snap off fairly easily with little damage to the board. Grading old boards is difficult, but can be really rewarding.
