Most individual components aren't on the price list, I imagine they don't really want everyone sending in tens or hundreds or thousands of capacitors, transistors, switches, etc and etc. I'm sure it would be a headache to verify all those.
That being said if you do have a large quantity of something that's not in the price list, you're best bet is to contact Chris directly.
If these are the only ones you have and you don't get many, you may be able to put it in with some other boards that are about the same value per weight, opening one up as suggested is probably the best way to figure that out.
