When I researched this board it was called a “Creative Sound Blaster Pro 2 (model CT1600) which is a vintage 8-bit sound card highly valued by retro computing enthusiasts. It utilizes an ISA bus interface and includes a Panasonic/MKE interface for early CD-ROM drives.”
Not having much luck learning exactly what category this thing falls into but, based on the “forty-pin” thing and the fact that all of them come from heavy duty office servers & telecom boards, I THOUGHT it was a High Grade non-SATA Hard Drive Board. Is that right or does it fall into a different Boardsort category?
