What group should I classify these under?
I know that 1 is some sort of gold cap. Is 3 a ceramic with glass and gold inlay?
No idea what 2 is or if it has any worth.

1, IC chip. No gold inlay.

If 2,3 are soldered in there's likely no reason to pull them. I'm not 100% sure what the yellow package is, picture is too blurry to look into it but someone else may know. Gold cap chips if soldered in and removed will end up losing pins or having them covered in solder which will affect the value. If it's socketed, it does say LSI on the chip, it would get LSI gold cap chip.
