Can someone please help me i need to know if this is high or low telecom

It's in pretty rough shape, it looks like it would be high Telco normally but depending on the exact condition it may be lower.

The connector that's still in its socket should really be removed and if you wanted to pop the two larger capacitors off you can (I only suggest it here due to the board condition) but probably not essential.
