Seems likely but I can't say with certainty (it's a category I don't have much experience with). It's been said one of the characteristics of a gold edge board is the increased weight of the board due to the quantity of gold used, so if the board feels significantly heavier than you'd expect then that's a good sign.

Sorry. NO. Briefly. It's not the older network boards. I will stop there. It isn't. Gold Edge. Looks wonderful on IC population. And those Tantalum capacitors. It's High Telecom to me. Take note. You do not have the typical high grade telecom edge connectors. But. High Grade Telecom.
