1: came from an optical computer mouse. Wasn’t really expecting much, but it has what appears to be 2 decent sized IC chips. Are they actually IC chips, and if so would it be enough to push it to low peripheral? Front of the board is in first pic, back is in second.

2: These appear to be fingered laptop wifi cards, do I need to remove the sticker on them? The pic on the pricing page has the sticker.

3. Do these have too much plastic to be considered connector ends as is?

1, Low peripheral
2, correct
3, if you can pop the plastic off I would, but given the types of connectors that can go in connector ends, it's fine if you don't.

you do not need to remove the sticker on number 2, I send them in just like that all the time.

Was that a IntelliMouse mouse you took apart ? some of those are worth 20-30$ as is if they work.

Thanks for the info guys!

Yes, it was from an intellimouse. It was one I used for probably over a decade, but it eventually stopped working. Shame, it was a great mouse haha.

indeed, I have IntelliMouse Optical at work and a 1.1a Optical at home I bought not long ago but I have a feeling it's fake one, just never got around to pooling it apart. next to the early A4Tech x718 mouse from around 2008 the IntelliMouse is my favorite mouse out there.
If you ever get a new IntelliMouse give hidusbf a go if you not done so, you can change its pooling rate to 1000hz with hidusbf and it makes the mouse respond a log better.
