Been some time since I posted on here or even depopulated boards. With that, I was hoping for a little help. I believe this board would be considered Peripheral High Grade. Is that correct?

Second, is the red circle an IC chip?

Is the red square a flat pack or IC chip?

I would think it would easily be accepted as High Peripheral.
2nd. Every single integrated circuit on your board is a form of a flatpack. Specifically a gull wing flatpack. Including the ones circled in red.
NOW. If you intend to remove those flatpacks. You would submit them in the IC chips category for e-scrap.
If you do depopulate. You run the risk of a downgrade.

High peripheral.

Unless you have the time to depopulate and sort and can sell all the stuff for a good price that's worth your time, there's no reason to depopulate in most cases.
