I believe the top one was an Atari Memory card, but it was like 10 years ago, so...?

Thinking High Peripheral, but maybe top 1-2 might cross telco?

Atari (top) should clear clean gfc. May be good for high Telco
Dell board is a voltage regulator, high peripheral
Small board the gold looks very minimal, either well worn or thin plating, lean low peripheral
Compaq since there's hardly anything on it I'd lean towards backplane.
